Just wanted to share this because as most things in the medical field, they may just have it backwards, or at least an incomplete causal relationship.   The current premise is that they believe that the more the man masturbates, the more likely chance they will develop prostate cancer in their future - while there's some that believe masturbation will make it less likely that they will develop prostate cancer.

I am going to propose that in actual fact that it is the protein and cholesterol acquired by eating meat and dairy through our diet that is actually the root cause of both the prostate cancer and the masturbation.  Now I'm not going to say that we must remove ALL meat or dairy (though I have become vegan myself), I will say that in the 21st century, our consumption of said products has definitely become 2-3x the amount of our grandparents which is why we just cannot compare generations over generations, as well of the fact that many of our meats and dairy are loaded with chemicals, pesticides and hormone enhancements.  But, I digress.

From my experience, after having removed meat and dairy from my diet, and it's only been about a week now, I no longer feel the compulsion to masturbate as often as I did.  So with this response from my body which was surprising to me, because I was always the type of person to need to masturbate at least once per day (though I don't ejaculate), I tried to think about why my body would react this way.  It could be that meat and dairy products themselves make one more aggressive and 'sexual' in the sense as you take on the energy of survival (the lowest chakra) from animals, but I doubt that and have no real reason to believe that.  Another logical conclusion could be that the effects of eating meat and dairy introduce more protein then the body can handle and excess protein gets stored in different parts of the body, like our semen because the body has a natural mechanism of finding a 'release' of this excess nutrient which when in excess actually becomes toxic.  And therefore, the body's urge to masturbate and release which is a natural physiological mechanism and function in men becomes warped and contributes to a need to create a psychological justification for masturbation.  Not understanding the physiological urge, one 'creates' the mental processes to justify the urge, ie.  strip clubs, porn, etc.   Remove the physiological urge and you also remove the desire to create the mental urge.  To conclude, whether the excess protein is successfully eliminated or whether it stays in the various regions of the gonads determines the probability of prostate cancer, and not whether one frequently masturbates or not.  I would also say that cancer is not a 'foreign' attacker, but actually another natural body response to 'foreign' matter in our body like excess animal protein (but that might be a topic for another thread).

Don't take my word for it, I recommend trying it for yourself.  I now masturbate without the 'compulsion' to masturbate, I enjoy my sessions more and I would even assume (I haven't tested it enough) that I can last even longer than I used to as my body is no longer trying to eliminate the excess protein in my semen by ejaculating it out of my body.

Cheers

After having gone vegan for about a month now, with various lapses in eating meat and dairy due to a busy life style (eating in restaurants is very hard to stay vegan as they load everything with either cheese or oils), I can say that I've noticed a difference that some men may want to take note of.

The metaphor 'You are what you eat' may be a lot closer to truth than we know.  Let's just say that as you remove the cholesterol and oils from your diet, that the blood flow is a lot stronger and potent as opposed to sluggish and lethargic.  If we think of meats and dairy, we have food that are squishy, have no fiber and are loaded with excessive protein that our bodies don't actually need.  Then think of fruits and vegetables which are 90+% water like our own bodies, hard on the outside and firm on the inside.

We look back at ancient cultures with the veneration and worship of the phallic symbol and believe it's just an outdated fertility belief system or some wishful archetypal thinking that are reserved for the gods.  I suggest we think again and I recommend everyone try adjusting your diet for yourself and your love.  Once your system is working properly, I guarantee your woman will never want or need a dildo again because there won't be anything to compare with a real blood-filled hard cock.

Again, don't take my word for it, I suggest you try it for yourself.

Cheers, wishing everyone all the best.

It must be understood that you can only get prostate cancer for 2 reasons:
1. Infections from many various unhealthy partners over a long period.
2. Lack of fluids emptying on a regular basis: this is very important
many of my hardworking colleagues, friends and family got prostate cancer from lack of sex in short. If you have 3 ejaculations/week, you will have a healthy prostate. It get diseased when it fills up with fluid, but does not empty again. Then the "balloon" stays inflated and after a long time looses the ability to retract to its original size. Then it is called "benign" prostate problems.
When this swollen prostate is combined with resentment of not being emptied regularly, then cancer starts.
Reference: Dr Ozz's book on longevity, as well as many other medical books.
Keep-It-Up Johnson is a nice method, but within 24 hours of "keep it up without cumming", you must empty the prostate so that it can go back to normal/empty state.
It is not what you eat which is the problem, but how you manage your newfound protein-based energy which make you ready to shoot. Don't blame the full ammunition chamber, blame the operator for not firing the shots when it is loaded.

Enjoy sex, but don't let sex enjoy you.

Good posts by SDragon and Edgingdesire! Awesome!

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is the medical term for an enlarged prostate gland. I recently consulted with a urologist (MD). He has many years of experience with prostate health. He is a prostate specialist. He told me that it's a myth - there is no correlation between ejaculating and prostate health. Too many ejaculations or too few ejaculations makes no difference for prostate health.

Is anyone actually experiencing pain in his prostate? Posts will be helpful to all.

Peace and love, Keepitup Johnson
PS. I just posted a closely related note about emptying the prostate on the NEWBIE board, re: HELP MEE!!
For convenience sake, here it is - my post regarding the following request for help from Haffaguzz123 . . .   Hello! I have been practicing MMO for a while now and have been successful in my trails. I've open the microcosmic orbit and can channel the sexual energy up my spine and down to the navel effortlessly and experiencing MMO.

What I am worried about and my problem is that when I've got to go to the bathroom because of a bowel moment and when I push hard to get the poop out, some sperm is leaking from my penis. This is not a retrograde ejaculation since I have not masturbated prior to this. This has been going on for quite a few days now. I have cheked to see if my pee is clear after a self pleasuring session and it seems to be clear, its only happening when I push the perineum down when i have to poo....

Anyone else experiencing this???

I had the same experience you described. It was about 10 years ago. I consulted with a Urologist about it. Urologists are pee doctors - prostate and dick specialists. He said the prostate's job is creating prostate fluid, also called semen. Semen. Sperm is created in the testes. Sperm makes up only 4% of semen. Prostate fluid  (created by the prostate gland) makes up 30% of semen. Prostate fluid gives semen its color and odor. The prostate gland creates more semen during sexual arousal.

According to the doctor, who has decades of experience, small amounts of semen go out through the penis daily - we normally don't notice it. It's normal.

What happened to you and me is also normal. You and I saw semen come out of the penis when we strained to poop because our prostate gland had lots of fluid in it at the time. This was not a retrograde ejaculation. The prostate is 30% muscle, and the prostate is completely surrounded by the pelvic floor muscles. We squeezed hard with the muscles around the anus (right next door to the prostate) to force the poop out. All this squeezing simultaneously squeezed the prostate gland forcing  fluid in the prostate out into the urinary tract - and out the tip of the penis.

Regardless of where you're at in your male multiple orgasm practice, or your celibacy practice, or your ejaculatory practice, emptying semen from the prostate into the urinary tract and out through the penis is normal, and common, and it naturally happens daily, we just don't notice it happening.

I recovered from prostate cancer by deciding to have radical surgery after discussions with my wife due to the fact that an erection would then be impossible. I am in my late 70s she is early 70s and we have had our fun and pleasure.
Then it re-appeared in my blood samples so I was prescribed hormone pills which have worked and I am clear now although I have grown slight tits.
I have wanked seriously over many years, my diet has always been well balanced and I am now Type2 diabetic but food and masturbation have never been raised in discussions with the oncologist.

Considering that today's society views diabetes as common place, it would be easy to assume you do have a well balanced diet, however I would slightly beg to differ.  It's my opinion, and that's all it is, is that only 1% of the population should have diabetes based on a medical condition affecting one of the major physiological systems, ie, digestive, neurological, etc.  All other causes of diabetes related to food nutritional intake and lifestyle actually means that it is not in balance.

It's similar to another hypothesis that I have about sleep apnea and snoring.  Only in today's day and age have we had to come up with so many medical diagnosis to label an issue that needs to be fixed while not fixing the actual issue.  We come up with remedies to help alleviate the symptoms without addressing the cause.  Going back to my hypothesis, it is somewhat related to the protein and cancer discussion above, but I just want to be clear that I'm not using this hypothesis to prove my other hypothesis about prostate cancer.  Now, in my previous discussion about excess protein and not knowing exactly where in the body all that excess is stored, I would also state that the more we intake fat, cholesterol, etc, we also do not know exactly where that gets stored.  Sure, the first thing we think about is the stomach, the waist, the buttocks, fatty fingers, but I would also suggest that it gets stored everywhere including the throat and muscles responsible for controlling breathing and the respiratory systems when we are not awake.  Therefore, the fattier our muscles become (not to be confused with being called fat), the more likelier we are to develop symptoms that demonstrate that our body is not in balance, snoring being one of these noticeable symptoms.  So we say there are snorer's versus non-snorer's and people with conditions like sleep apnea instead of simply calling these people fat and suggesting that if they truly want to get rid of their snoring, all they need to do is do a better job balancing their body (which is easier said than done in today's culture and modern society).

I have always taken a holistic approach to understanding the body, along with 27 years of martial arts training, I've learned that the body has it's own intuition and understanding that we tend to ignore and override with mental abstractions.  The more in-tune we can get with the body and it's natural rhythms, the less we will see sickness and disease in it.

Cheers
